Works awesome and fast shipping By
Bought for my newly acquired Baofeng UV9R. The stock antenna just wasn’t cutting it for my needs. I was having trouble finding an aftermarket antenna that would fit this radio so I gave this one a shot. Fits right on no problem. Seems to be working a lot better, have not had an opportunity to test the range just yet but definitely receiving a lot more than I was with the stock antenna. Very happy with this antenna.

Antenna and customer service were great. By
I ordered this antenna, but with the wrong connector foe my particular radio. I immediately contacted customer service and they got right back to me. They went ahead and fixed my order and sent it out, and fast. This antenna works great, a huge improvement over the stock antenna. It is a huge plus for any radio especially one used for prepping and emergencies. Thanks for the great product and customer service powerwerks.

Nice upgrade for an FT3D. By
Nice whip option for a FT3D.  Easily noticeable gains on receive (solid 2 bars over stock rubber duck on average) and a minor boost on transmit.  Sits and fit perfectly, looks like it was designed specifically for the FT3D.  Very durable.  Well worth the price.

Amazing By
Every net I'm on they make a comment on how clear I sound. Best handheld antenna I own. I have a Nagoya NA771 and it look very similar and the same length.

Using Successfully on Motorola P1225 By
Very nice to have the wide range for GMRS / UHF. UHF is in the sweet spot of this antenna and works on Motorola. Slam dunk with repeater operation and the gain really make a difference with simplex operation.

doesn't seat on other radios By
bought this and the Reverse SMA and the antenna leaves a gap between radio and antenna on three diff types of hand-helds.  Kenwood TH-F6, Icom 91AD, and Baofeng F8.

good operation, just not pretty.

Great Antenna By
I was having trouble transmitting with my Wouxun radio's standard floppy antenna. Even at 5-6 miles, I was having difficulty transmitting a clear signal. After purchasing this antenna, I am now getting copy reports of "blowing the windows out" at the same distance! What an improvement!

Great Antenna By
This antenna dramatically improved operations on the KG-UV3D. I can hit so many more repeaters with it, the 5db on 70cm is nice, worth the money.

Great Performance! By
This is an excellent antenna, and I immediately noticed better clarity in my reception. My friend said he can now hear me from across town so the transmission is stronger as well. This is an excellent improvement for your UV3D radio!
