This very high quality and durable covert earpiece and mic are ideal for low profile and covert type operations. Excellent for use in Police, Security, Retail, Schools, Restaurants and noisy environments.

Works with models KG-UV6X, KG-UV3X, DB-16, KG-UV3D, KG-UV9D, GMR2, AT-D878UV & AT-D868UV.

Works with Baofeng uv-5r By Happy

I purchased the Cover Clear Ear Piece/Mic for a Baofeng UV-5R not knowing if that head/mic set would work for that handheld radio. At first it didn't because I had pushed the connectors in to far and it didn't make proper connection. After adjusting the depth for which the connectors went in, it worked properly. I was able to hear the frequency i was tuned into and I was able to key the transmit side of the radio. I hope this information is helpful for someone else.
