Are the 15, 30 & 45 amp Powerpoles interchangeable?

Yes. The 15, 30 & 45 amp contacts all use the same housing. Therefore, they all plug into each other. The only difference between the 15, 30 & 45 amp contacts is the size of the receiving barrel that holds the wire.

What is a Powerpole "Set"?

A "Set" includes all parts needed for a single connector. For the 15, 30, 45 & 75 amp powerpoles a set is (1) Red housing, (1) Black housing, (2) contacts and (1) roll pin. For the 50, 175 & 350 amp SB Series sets are (1) colored housing and (2) contacts.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated through our website. The shipping cost is calculated by total order weight and the shipping zip/postal code for domestic orders or country for international orders. To calculate shipping cost and tax, simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart. On the shopping cart page enter your shipping postal code or country and click recalculate.

How long will it take to process my order?

Over 95% of our orders ship the same business day when ordered before 2:00 PM PST. International orders usually ship the next business day. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner.

How long will it take to ship my order (transit time)?

Our website may show estimated delivery dates or estimated days in transit depending upon your shipping method. Please remember that the transit times shown are estimates only, we do not guarantee delivery dates. Please remember that the transit times are in business days. Please allow for weekends and Holidays. Some shipment methods are not available in all areas. Please check with United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) for availability information.

Where is my tracking number?

Once your order has shipped we will send you an email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive this email or have misplaced it, you can get your tracking number by viewing your order status or signing in to view your order history.

UPS tracking numbers may not be trackable until later in the evening when packages reach the shipping center. In rare cases it may take up to 24 hours for the package to be trackable.

Unfortunately, USPS does not yet provide any online/live tracking options for their packages. Only a delivery confirmation number can be provided along with a shipment notification.

Please note that USPS has difficulty tracking international packages. Your USPS delivery confirmation number may or may not provide any useful information.

I'm local, can I pick up or will call my order?

For local customers looking to avoid shipping charges, we do offer will call. Simply order through our website and select "Will Call" as your shipping method. We will send you an email notification automatically when your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. Will call hours are Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 3:30PM Pacific Standard Time, located in the rear of our building.

How do I return an unused item?

We want you to get the most out of our products, and we back our products up with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition along with full packaging within 30 days of delivery for a prompt refund. The only cost to you would be the original and return shipping.

Please include your original order number and the reason for your return. Also indicate whether you would like a refund or replacement.

Please note return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Once we've received the returned item, we'll gladly credit the form of payment used in the original transaction.

What do I do if something is missing from my order?

We ask all customers to go through the entire box/package very carefully to verify if something is missing. For example, small items may simply be stuck under a box flap or inside another packaged item.

If you are indeed missing an item from your order, please contact us and explain the situation. After a quick investigation into the missing item, the customer will be notified of the resolution.

What if I received something I didn't order?

If you have received another item instead of one you purchased, please contact us and explain the situation. After a quick investigation into the order, the customer will be notified of the resolution. We will most likely pick up the incorrect item and then re-ship the correct one.

What do I do if my order is damaged during shipping?

Please notify us immediately of the damaged shipment. Please retain all packaging material including box, bubble wrap and/or packing paper. If your chosen shipping method includes insurance, a claim will be filed with the shipping carrier. To process the claim, the carrier is required to inspect the damaged package. Once the inspection is verified and complete, a replacement of the damaged items will be shipped to the customer.

Will I be responsible for duty, customs or brokerage fees?

UPS may charge you an import fee (Duty, GST-Customs, Brokerage, PST, and/or Duty Disbursement) if shipping through UPS. Upon delivery of your shipment you will be required to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment. UPS Worldwide Express shipping methods are faster and cover some, but not all of these fees.

If you refuse to pay these fees and not accept the shipment, we will ONLY refund the cost of the product minus the cost of original and return shipping. We will not refund any shipping costs paid.

USPS shipping is available for international customers to also help avoid some, but not all, import fees. Please keep this in mind during checkout.

Due to the fact that these are government fees we cannot waive or refund these fees.

My USPS tracking number shows no information

Can I combine two orders to save shipping?

Please contact us as soon as possible to request that your orders be shipped in a single package to save on shipping costs. To successfully combine orders they must not have already shipped.

Can I modify/add to my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible to modify or add to your order. Please understand that if you do not contact us right away, and your order has already shipped, we will not be able to modify or add to your order.

Can I pay via check or money order?

We also accept company or personal checks, certified checks and money orders. Personal checks will be held for two weeks or until cleared. For faster service, please send a certified check or money order. Simply complete the checkout process online until you reach the "Express Checkout" page. Please be sure to include your order number when mailing payment. Please do not send cash.

Can I order with a purchase order?

Customers wishing to open a credit account must submit a properly completed credit application. Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing. Once credit is established, standard terms are NET 30 Days. All shipments are invoiced as of the date of shipment. Payment is due within 30 calendar days of invoice date. Purchase orders are subject to a $100 minimum, not including freight charges.

Will you ship my order COD?

Sorry, no orders will be shipped COD for any reason.

Which states are charged sales tax?

We are located in California and the appropriate tax rate is charged for any order shipping to California. All other customers outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

I am a reseller or tax exempt, how do I order?

All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, customers in other states do not need to set up a tax exempt account.

To order online without paying sales tax, your account must first be marked as tax exempt. If you have not already done so, please register an account through our website. Then, fax us at 714-674-4949 with a completed Resale Certificate or government tax exempt letter. Once your resale certificate is received and processed, we will contact you to let you know your account has been marked as tax exempt. Then, your order can be completed without sales tax.

Do you have a minimum order order?

Powerwerx does not have a minimum order value. You are welcome to complete your order through our website at any order total.

Can I order without registering?

Yes, we now offer checkout without the registration requirement. Simply add item(s) to your shopping cart, click "continue checkout", then "checkout unregistered".

Can I get a copy of my receipt or invoice?

Yes. A copy of your invoice is already included in your package. An invoice is also emailed to the email address associated with your account.

If you still require another copy of your invoice you can view your order history through our website and print a copy of your invoice.

You can also contact us and request that we email or fax you a copy of your invoice.

Can you send me a printed catalog?

Download a copy of our latest advertisement as it appears in QST.

Sorry, at this time we do not offer a printed catalog. You are welcome to print out any pages from our website. Since we are always adding and changing products in our line, our website is the best resource to browse our current products.
